While I have lots of criticisms for the way the story was handled, I finally became more positive when it came to the scene. I don’t play the mobile game but I can’t help but draw my fingers at it but as far as I know, manga basing on mobile games often don’t play well because of numerous reasons. Maybe also that also struggled to explain themselves at the beginning or maybe the manga inserted original content and the whereabouts of that went wrong. It’s possible the faults are due to the game being based on mobile games.

The series is of a shock in my judgment, especially when we move from that to reality, but if it is a result of some explanations, it will just fail to work out for me.įor most of my understanding of the plot and even just the fact that it’s a death game came from a combination of the synopsis and a short story that was included at the end of the book! Even for those who are really into the genre, it won’t work with them because there’s too little to grab. It doesn’t help to do that Volume 1, which only contains three chapters is spent in Alice’s dream. A series about Yoko Taro would probably be violent and weird, but it should be given a bit more time to explain what is happening right here. Alice lives by dream, filled with family and close friends she can depend on.
